Full Service Payroll

Payroll Tax Deposits - BCM will make all Federal, State AND LOCAL payroll tax deposits. If the information you provide us is accurate, on-time and the funds are available to make the deposits we guarantee accurate and timely deposits or we pay the penalty. *We comply with the IRS rules for electronic tax deposits.*

Quarterly Payroll Tax Returns - At the end of each quarter BCM will file all required payroll tax returns and provide copies of filed returns for your records.

Year-End Reconciliations - At the end of the year BCM will perform all required payroll reconciliations and file them on your behalf. There is an additional charge for W-2's and 1099's.

Additional / Optional Services

Completion of Tax Deposit Coupons - BCM will fill out the coupons for payroll tax deposits and provide addressed envelopes if applicable. *Included in Full Service Payroll*

Quarterly Tax Returns - At the end of the quarter BCM will complete all required payroll tax returns and have them ready for your signature. We can even have the envelopes addressed, so all you have to do is sign the return and put it in the attached envelope. *Included in Full Service Payroll*

Year-End Reconciliation's - We will complete all required payroll reconciliation's and have them ready for your signature. If you would like we can send along envelopes addressed and ready to go. *Included in Full Service Payroll*

W-2's and 1099's - We can provide all W-2's and 1099's.

Direct Deposit of Employees' Checks - This convenient service allows your employees to select up to 4 different accounts to have their paycheck electronically deposited into on payday.

Benefits to Employees:

• Do not have to worry about getting their paycheck to the bank.
• No chance of lost, stolen or forged checks.
• Money will always be available on payday.
• Even if the employee is not at work, they still receive their money on payday.

Benefits to Employer:

• Makes reconciling checking account easier.
• Do not have to worry about delivering checks to employees who may live out of the area or are away on vacation or business.
• Benefit your employees will enjoy.

New Hire Reporting - Let BCM take care of this mandatory task for you. We will provide all required information to the appropriate state on your behalf to keep you in compliance with this law.

Child Support Payments - BCM can produce child support payment checks for you to send in or we can send them to the appropriate agency for you.

Garnishment / Agency Checks - BCM can take care of any tax garnishment that employees might have.

Customized Retirement Plan Reports - If we can not provide the report you need from our system we can customize a report for you in a spreadsheet. We can send the check to your plan administrator if you would like us to. Also we can send your retirement payments and information electronically.

Check Signing, Stuffing, & Sealing - We can sign, stuff, and seal your payroll checks in window envelopes, so all you have to do is pass them out on payday. We can even mail them out for you!
